Event Description:
Leadership has nothing to do with seniority or one's position in the hierarchy of a company. Leadership is a style and can be adapted by anyone willing to better the workplace. In this virtual event our experts Rocio Duran and Christine Kahane will be discussing leadership in the workplace and how to keep your employees happy and engaged. We will learn the 5 silent leadership killers and how to turn these disadvantages into benefits for your employees and your company.

Rocío Durán is a psychologist and a certified Life Coach with over 20 years of experience in community development projects in her native Colombia, as well as the United States. She holds a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology, and her participation in national projects in Colombia include, among others, working with the Department of National Education (MEN), The Ministry of Technologies of Information and Communications (MINTIC). At the state level, Ms. Durán led the Worlds for Children Project, an initiative that improved educational conditions, services and care for more than 40,000 children from infancy to 4 years in Bogotá city.

Christine builds on 25 years of experience working with organizations wanting to effect sustainable growth by building brands rooted in cultural core values. Witnessing the seismic shift in corporate cultures through values-driven change, Christine has worked to develop facilitation techniques that integrate EQ mastery, communication skills, and culturally-based business modeling.
